Responsibilities
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complain
- Select and explain the best solution to solve problems
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Previous experience, especially in a particular industry, preferred

Outcomes
- Make sure all support tickets are replied to within 24h
- Ensure customer happiness rating is >= 90% green
- Find solutions for customer’s general inquiries/problems
- Manage to work with the team to get the issue fixed to meet the customer’s satisfaction
- Identify customer needs from user’s reports/reviews

Salary
100 THB/Hour (at least 20 hours/week)
